The Restaurant was named after the engineering patent of the founder and owner of the company, Mr. Erwin Junker. It is located on the 1st floor of Hotel Erwin Junker and it is characterized by clean lines, airy and unconventional interior design.
You can enjoy here, not only great food, wide range of wines, but also a panoramic view of the town Holice and its surroundings.
Modern gastronomy is based on the lightness of the Mediterranean cuisine, always with an emphasis on freshness of ingredients and an innovative approach. In the lunch menu and special offers you can find mainly seasonal ingredients and local products.
